The maintenance work is complete. Both telephony servers now run the updated software, calls were handled without interruption, and all systems are operating normally. This notice closes automatically at 12:00 CEST.

The telephony maintenance planned for 08:00–10:00 CEST started later than planned. It takes place today, Sunday 18 October, between 10:30 and 12:00 CEST, in the same way: calls are moved to our standby platform while we update the software that connects calls to VoiceDock assistants. We do not expect any interruption; a call arriving at the exact moment of switching may need to be retried. Calls in progress are not affected.
