On Sunday 18 October between 08:00 and 10:00 CEST we will update the software that connects calls to VoiceDock assistants and apply system updates to our servers. Calls are moved to our standby platform during the work. We do not expect any interruption; a call arriving at the exact moment of switching may need to be retried. Calls in progress are not affected.
